Enhance Rate Training for CFSS-Minnesota First Provider Alliance, HF1348/ SF815
This bill creates an alternative path for qualifying for the enhanced rate for employees supporting people who are assessed to need 10 hours or more of services a day. The training would be based on the care needs of the person receiving services.

This bill requires school districts to create a policy to ensure accessibility to the IEP (Individual Education Program) process for parents or caregivers who speak a language other than English at home or have a disability themselves. 

Inclusive Education Pilot for Students with Disabilities - Multicultural Autism Action Network
This bill creates a grant program for school districts to develop innovative programs to improve inclusion models for students with disabilities.

A bill to put a Constitutional Amendment on the 2026 General Election Ballot that would raise the sales tax ⅜ of 1% to raise additional funding for affordable accessible housing. No bill numbers for 2025 but did receive an informational hearing in the Senate.

Waiver Reimagine Reform- Disability Voice Advocates, HF2038/SF2215
This bill would require DHS’s two-waiver system budgets to not be based on where a person lives and would require DHS to get legislative approval for their Waiver Reimagine plan before submitting to CMS.  In addition, this bill requests a Legislative Taskforce to study Waiver Reimagine and related inputs including MNChoices 2.0.
